However, this pregnant female vulcanizer has decided to break the norm and do it regardless of her condition. One would expect to find a woman like that doing jobs that does not exert so much pressure on her considering the fact that she is in her third trimester.
The hardworking woman just does not want to be relegated to the room where she gets to stretch her legs. She prefers to work and sort herself with the little she can make from this business. Women in Nigeria are starting to measure up to men in the society by learning skills thought to be restricted to the latter.
The women rocking the society now see no big deal in pitching their tents with men who have dominated some trade and businesses. On this note, there are women who are mechanics, vulcanisers and shoe makers in various parts of the country
